I suppose, in a funny sort of way, I owe it all to Camp Soonawissakit, because if I hadn't told Dad I wanted to go there in the first place, I wouldn't have been in the Port Authority Bus terminal on Departure Day (Thursday, June 30th), wishing to God I was somewhere else.
